october 2015.

october! this was a good month too. (read september to know why i suck at blogging, i'm not repeating all that again.)

the weather was beautiful almost all month! i took a trip to idaho falls and then another one to portland, which will need it's own post.
without further ado, the phone pictures!

we spend a fair amount of time playing firefighter and running around the house with a red
rope hose thing putting out fires and rescuing kittens. 

the dynamic duo out for a run. 

another saturday morning adventure, pony rides at gardener village.
 remy is eating homemade taffy, not pumpkin guts. 

there was also a petting zoo. the rabbit was the only animal remy would touch. 

timid about the pony, but warmed up. all the animals are rescues and now enjoy
a much sweeter life than from wence they came.
wence. wense? not sure on that. it's late.

the next morning i drove to silver lake to take family pictures. i drove all over slc all month taking family pictures!
i loved seeing all my regulars and how their families grow. 

then later that day we took family pictures with travis's side of the family. 

these are obviously just from my phone. 

no i'm not pregnant. just belly flab. 

can i just say.
(kids shows deserve their own post.) 

of course we took our annual trip to see the farm around harvest time. 

remy loved watching tons of tv and seeing "GWAMA GWEAT." 

at the dairy for ice cream, petting zoo, and pumpkins. 

i worked out extra hard every day because i ate so much ice cream.
that is probably not healthy. 

we had fun seeing cousins. 

and getting to drive the tractor with grandpa. 

really big wheels. remy thought this was hilarious.
it's cool having a kid who thinks you're awesome all day long. 

got another lesson from the master on homemade cin rolls. 

PURE GLORY

great weekend being spoiled, shopping, eating, REEDS DAIRY ICE CREAM,
seeing family, sleeping in, and hanging out. 

my dad was on his own fishing trip, but came through IF and we went out for
potato pancakes at smitty's. my mom is gluten free so my dad takes me out
for glutenous delights. seriously, they are SO GOOD. 

growing up, whenever we went to grandma's house we watched SO much tv and loved it.
i let remy watch an insane amount. judge me! 

we also explored the farm every day too. 

mom, take me out of this excavator right now.

it was a great trip. 

meanwhile travis went hunting and sent me this beauty. 

then there was this kid at the gym.

yep, october was busy busy and next up will be PORTLAND TRIP OHHHHHHHHH!

now it is time for bed though.
this is why i am not allowed to drink chai at 7pm.
